Courtney Goetz is an accomplished

As the Head of Gaming for TikTok in North America, Courtney played a pivotal role in shaping the LIVE platform's content strategy, global user product releases, engagement growth, and market positioning in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Before her tenure at ByteDance, she served as Partnerships Manager for Meta | Facebook, where she fostered key programs and content deals to drive platform viewership and innovative branding across the platform.
Her career also includes a significant role as Operations Manager for the largest producer of consumer trade shows in North America, and Social Media Director for the premier hobby event producer on the West Coast.

Courtney is currently a Board Director for the Northwest Horticultural Society, serving on the grants committee to advance education and public garden access in the Pacific Northwest.

Outside of her resume, Courtney is a published photographer in three books, a prolific public speaker, occasional author, and marketing & sales coach. She’s also a big ol’ nerd for plants and video games.

During her garden design career, Courtney received numerous awards from one of the largest garden shows in the world. She currently holds the record for youngest gold medal winner in the event’s history.
